We are looking for an experienced, well-connected and organised Business Development Manager to join our growing Team and take our company and platform to the next level! What you will be doing every day: Scale up the sale in the designated region Make sales strategies to achieve the targets Identify, establish and maintain good working relationships with key customers Undergo presentations in the local marketplace to further promote the company and product. Guide customers to build up relations ensuring they implement the software in their system. Implement marketing strategies through research and market analysis to maximize and increase the customer base Proactively undergo client outreach Focus on delivering value and the best customer experience while enhancing the user base and expanding market share. Negotiate, close and onboard. Meeting clients at their locations/ remotely Identify the pain points/ needs. Provide solutions to the needs Negotiate, close and onboard. Build relationships to further upsell/ generate references & testimonials. Ensuring adequate meetings via referrals, partner relationships What you bring to the table: Education: Any Graduation/PG degree in Business Management is preferred Minimum 3+ Years in Sales and Marketing in Education Sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter Can work autonomously but is also a team player Self-motivated, positive and Can do attitude Outgoing and friendly: Enthusiastic, energetic Ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of the customer base A good time manager: Well organized, able to set and reset priorities Willingness to learn, especially technical information on the product Computer literacy includes a sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software. Willing to travel extensively Experience working with a CRM; considered an asset Experience working with educational consultants, Edtech and or postsecondary institutions directly; considered a bonus
