2. Prepare and document Solution Design and process maps.
3. Communicate with various Business Process Owners (BPO) on requirements, processes, and systems.
4. Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
5. Manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.
6. Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changes.
7. Support end to end processes and overcome system touch points impacts.
8. Collaborate with project team on solution definition and validation.
9. Prepare test cases and conduct various test cycles, including Conference Room Pilot (CRP), Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verify data integrity, and recommend/implement corrective actions.
10. Prepare and coordinate training for end users.
11. Support Cutover definition, execution and post go live issues.
12. Use XA-Eaton Documentation standard
