To oversee rostering and staff deployment to various work locations in Dublin/North East. Responsible for ensuring adequate numbers are recruited and trained for the various roles within the company to enable fulfilment of contracts. Advise on Industrial relations and Human Resource matters in the company and keep updated all relevant policies and procedures therein. Help ensure efficient allocation of company resources including labour and design and implement systems and methods to best achieve this goal reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. Entry Requirements The successful candidate must have evening and weekend availability in line with the nature of the business and have experience in the operation of security and cleaning contracts. Must be IT literate and hold a current PSA licence, PSA licence course can be carried out during employment and on the job training will also be provided. Must be able to work as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.
