The team follows Scrum methodology to support the CICD release methodology in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department.The WorkBe part of an agile team to support DoS ServiceNow modernization, including CMDB implementation be responsible for but not limited to designing, configuring, developing and troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform. In addition, support all stability and implementation architectural changes when needed.DescriptionAs a Senior ServiceNow Developer you play a pivotal, technical-leadership role in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the implementation of ServiceNow CMDB solutions to ensure compliance of Configuration Management processes and policies.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience planning, implementation, and administration of all aspects of ServiceNow in an enterprise-class environment. They may also possess similar experience with related technology services and can provide excellent results with minimal supervision. They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess a strong understanding of detail, and possess superior maturity, professionalism, and judgment.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.Technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.Understands the business or function for which application is designed.Full Stack Developer Engineer who can handle all the work of databases, servers, systems engineering, and clients.Adept at developing front-end portal, back-end console development.Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and supporting libraries, JSON.Experience building and supporting scoped applications.Formulates and defines system scope and objectives.Prepares detailed specifications for programs.Responsible for maintenance of licenses and certificates across the ServiceNow platform.Experienced with Change and Release Management processes.** The right candidate for this role will reside within commuting distance of the DMV area.
