- Achieve/exceed booking and sales targets set for control valves and Instruments in the assigned territory.
- Effective coverage of EPC, OEM's, and End Users to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Planning and achieving Orders and Sales targets as agreed.
- Ability to explain our product superiority and there by Conversion of competitor products and develop new customer / markets.
- Furnish monthly bookings forecast to the regional sales leader and meet / exceed the forecast.
- Provide sales and application support to the customers in pursuit of growth and market penetration.
- Maintains a good company image of integrity, proficiency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.
- Furnish reports and feedback on competitor activities, market intelligence, including prices and products on a periodic basis.
- Periodically conduct Technical Presentations to customers to drive 'Fisher No Equals' message.
- Supervise and ensure that the receivables are collected on time and ensure that the DSO is maintained as per the budgeted norms.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the necessary skills to effectively apply technology and systems specific to the department required.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Selling and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with basic business software applications.
- Good knowledge of Inco terms and Commercial terms and conditions.
- Good exposure on End user customers in Primary Demand Creation
- Engineering Degree or equivalent experience of minimum 5-10 years (Mechanical/ Instrumentation) with Demonstrated ability in technical sales preferably within the process industry.
- Control Valve sales and technical support to customers and representatives.
- Develop and lead customers.
- Collaborate with customers to provide quality service and support.
- Ensure that the orders are closed successfully and develops an accurate Order checklist as per the norms.
- Generate reports, presentations and marketing communications materials.
- Make site walk down and build primary demand by doing solution selling
- Willing to travel frequently to customers within the assigned area. Should have excellent customer connect and rapport.
- Knowledge of valve industry
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint and the necessary skills to successfully apply technology and systems specific to the department required.
- Familiar with Oracle application of Betsy & Billy.EMS & ISO 45001
- Awareness about EMS & ISO 45001 practices
- Experience in ISO 14001:2015 - ISO 45001:2018 - ISO 9001:2015 procedures & instructions
