Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities. Design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients' conversion to Cloud. Convert legacy data according to current system's data structure using data warehouse concepts; design conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have one year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires one year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Supporting implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel data quality tools for data cleansing and conversion, Adobe XD for interface design and development and Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub for SDLC;
- Researching user reported issues with Jira, Trello, Octane, and Azure DevOps, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams;
- Working across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test, and implement cloud-based applications, utilizing SQL, SAS, Python, Oracle, Azure, Power BI, and Qlik Sense for enterprise-level clients in the Telecommunications and Transportation industries;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs by conducting interviews and surveys, organizing workshops and focus groups, and using use cases to develop On-Premise and Cloud based applications to deliver solutions;
- Using Cloud Platform knowledge, Cloud Service Providers, Containerization and Orchestration tools, DevOps tools, and Serverless computing platforms, using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure and Azure functions, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, and AWS Lambda to design, develop and implement cloud solutions;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders using project management tools including Rally, Asana, Trello, and MS Project; and
- Utilizing SQL, AWS, and Azure on Cloud to store database queries, data mappings, functions, and procedures for inserting, updating, and deleting data.
