Scope of Responsibilities:

To design and implement compliance programs to address market conduct, meet regulatory requirements and internal policies on sales compliance, conduct risk and personal data privacy
Providing compliance advice to business units to ensure business initiatives are in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements
Liaising and responding to Insurance Authority and other regulatory authorities on compliance related matter
Implementing and reviewing compliance policies to ensure that processes are compliant with current regulatory requirements
Identifying potential compliance risk via conducting compliance risk assessment and recommending actions plans to mitigate such risk
Keeping abreast of the latest regulatory updates and changes to stakeholders and business units
To take part in compliance projects like system enhancement, policy review, enhance compliance monitoring and reviewing business processes

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree holder, preferably in the disciplines of Accounting / Finance / Law
Minimum 5 years or above experience in compliance from renowned life insurance companies or other relevant institutions
Familiar with regulatory requirements by the Insurance Authority and other relevant regulators
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills with experience in working with executive level
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
