This is a unique opportunity to join a diverse and growing practice that handles high-stakes litigation for some of the world's leading companies.Candidate Profile:
  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Admission to and good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 4+ years of substantive experience in business litigation.
  • Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a standard of excellence in client service are required.
  • Experience drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions.
  • Highly proficient in taking and defending depositions.
  • FINRA experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-trial strategy to resolution, in both state and federal courts.
  • Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses, demonstrating strong advocacy and analytical skills.
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions, expert motions, and complex discovery motions.
  • Represent clients in business disputes, contract litigation, financial services litigation, and other complex matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to develop winning litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to provide strategic counsel and effective representation.
  • Manage document review, e-discovery, and case filings in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Work on FINRA-related matters, including securities arbitration and regulatory proceedings, if applicable.
  • Utilize bilingual Spanish proficiency to communicate with international clients in the Caribbean and Latin America.
