Collaborating closely with L&OD leadership, you'll craft and execute a robust strategy for nurturing leadership talent within Wellpath. In addition to facilitating workshops and refining leadership competencies, you'll continuously enhance resources and tools to empower leaders across the organization.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic leadership development framework aligned with Wellpath's goals, defining essential competencies and ensuring integration with talent management and performance strategies.
- Design and implement tailored leadership programs utilizing diverse methodologies such as blended learning and coaching to create immersive learning experiences addressing specific organizational needs.
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and training sessions, providing personalized guidance and feedback to enhance leadership effectiveness across all levels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to identify development opportunities, collaborating with senior leaders to create actionable plans for leadership development.
- Engage with stakeholders including learning governance councils and HR partners to align programs with organizational needs, continuously evaluate program impact, and integrate industry best practices to enhance leadership development initiatives.
- College degree in Leadership Development, Human Resources Management, Instructional Technologies, or closely related field; or related experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources field with emphasis on Leadership Development.
- Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint required.
- Prefer knowledge of Learning Management Systems and instructional design tools such as Articulate, Canva, and Vyond.
