- Monitor the Central preparation plan
- Anticipate or flag potential issues in the short and medium term and put in place corrective actions (with Central and/or Local)
- Proactively communicate to Logistics, Marketing, and CS to stock shortages and evaluate impact to each channel
- Conduct root cause analysis of shortages/overages and recommendation appropriate action plans
- Monitor US programs and launches
- Ensure accuracy of the supply On-Time/In-Full
- Collect and analyze the demand forecasts to ensure a constant level of stock at 3 MOS
- Impact of new production plan vs forecast / optimizing stock level (to avoid overstock – obsolete risk – expiration date)
- Monitor code change/switches
- Track display creation from stock arrival to shipment to client
- Is part of the S&OP process and will prepare key data for the meeting
- Liaison with the Distribution Center in France to follow-up on the good inbound order process
- Run weekly meeting
- Expedite/prioritize shipments when needed (anticipate preparation)
- Ensure correction of possible issues
- Prepare and publish KPIs & operational reports to monitor supply chain performance
- Projected Inventory (in units, value, and cover)
- Risk OOS beyond 3 months, Lost sales, 12-month rolling supply plan (TIFI, DIO, OTIF, …)
- Transit Performance of the supply from order creation to reception (Transit file): in time and in cost
- Reserves reports (slow moving, E&O)
- Run supply meeting and input for S&OP / implement improvements to supply planning practices
- Oversee and mentor a Junior Supply Planner whose responsibilities will include:
- Kitting forecast and production
- Inbound Transportation (receipts and Customs)
- Dynamics order errors
- Other responsibilities as needed by the business, but in line with typical Supply Planning duties
- MUST have a proactive approach and be self-sufficient
- Ability to think strategically and lead
- Ability to function in a small “team environment” performing primary and back-up functions as required for the efficient operation of Supply Chain.
- Attention to project details and the development of plans to ensure reliability of the plans.

- Excellent knowledge of relational methods and techniques
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a cross-functional manner
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field - Master’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in Logistics and/or Customer Service is required
- Experience in Demand Planning and / or CPFR a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills- Bilingual in French is a plus, but not required
- Nature ability to be inquisitive and analytical
- Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Previous experience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
- The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- This position is currently working hybrid due to Covid.
