Job Description:Hearst Service Center is looking for a Payment Services Coordinator to help the team in Charlotte, NC. This role will be responsible for processing payments both domestic and international for the Hearst Corporation via wire payments. The candidate will also become an administrator for our virtual card program, Epayables. This candidate will research requests from our customers on various payment related issues and provide back a solution. Providing great teamwork and a strong work ethic is essential. As our company continues to grow, we strive to find ways to automate processes, learn and adapt to provide the best service to our customer's needs.Responsibilities:
  • Be the process lead on wire payments and Tax ACH payments.
  • Process recalls requests or amendments on payments when needed.
  • Provide confirmations upon requests.
  • Oversee the GTreasury Integration file and correct any errors that have occurred through the Oracle error log.
  • Be a knowledgeable source for all the different payment methods offered by Hearst and the criteria for each method.
  • Be the process lead for the Epayables virtual card program.
  • Work with the bank on calling campaigns to gain new customers on Epayables.
  • Assist customers with maintenance and their card information pertaining to their Epayables accounts.
  • Assist with managing the department-shared mailboxes.
  • Learn the other Oracle payment processes to provide backup support to the department.
  • Continue to work with the team to develop new solutions around process improvements and automation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate and speak effectively through email, zoom calls, telephone, and in person with customers.
  • Effective organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred.
  • Associate degree or equivalent; or 3-4 or more years related experience and/or training.
