- Act as the primary POC for site interaction with the GFR
- Act as the primary Contractor’s Requesting Official (CRO)
- Provide all information requested by the Battle Captain/Customer and/or GFR thru the Site Operations Manager (SOM)
- Conduct and document training and flight evaluations IAW the HR3DGI KA350 Aircrew Training Manual (ATM)
- Manage and monitor all aircrew Crew Endurance status to ensure DCMA 8210.1C/AR 95-20 compliance
- Schedule flight crews in support of assigned mission
- Manage and coordinate travel for flight crews as required in support of the contract
- Operate aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations, and program/corporate policies and procedures
- Manage all aircraft movement requests to include coordination of PPRs, diplomatic clearances, Call Sign Requests and ATO compliance
- Act as the primary on-site representative to the HR3D Program Flight Operations Manager (FOM)
- Liaison with the Battle Captain/Customer and GFR with input from the Leidos (SOM) on all flight operation matters
- Coordinate with the Maintenace Lead to ensure aircraft availability in support of the contract
- Coordinate with the Chief Sensor Operator to ensure sensor and operator availability in support of the contract
- Liaison with the Airspace Coordinator to meet customer requirements
- Complete any additionally tasking assigned by the Chief Pilot.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant experience. 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
- 3,500 hours total time
- 1000 hours PIC in a King Air 200/300 Series aircraft
- Must hold a Commercial Airplane Multiengine Instructor Pilot (CFII/MEI) with Instruments Airman Certificate
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a current passport
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Must read, write, speak and understand English
- Must possess a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- Must be able to meet all CRC deployment and medical requirements
- Must possess an active DOD security clearance at the SECRET level, or higher
- Have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Flown any fixed wing aircraft in the past 90 days.
- Flown a King Air in the past 12 months
- Proline 21 and Garmin G1000 proficient
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
- 2,500 hours of PIC time
- 300 hours of Instrument (actual) time
- Rating held for the last three (3) consecutive years
- Active security clearance at Top Secret level
- Upset Recovery Training (UPRT) qualified
- Government Flight Representative (GFR) Course Graduate/Experience with DCMA 8210.1C
- ForeFlight proficient
- Former U.S. Military, Customs, DEA Pilot or US Contracting ISR Pilot
- U.S. Military Standardization Instructor Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Pilot
- Prior OCONUS rotation experience, particularly in current area of operation
- Microsoft Office programs proficient
