If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ACT Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), where you’ll play a critical role in providing rehabilitation skills training for our valued consumers in the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program.
Your mission will be to empower individuals to achieve an optimal quality of life by delivering 40 units of direct client contact monthly, totaling a minimum of 100 hours. You'll work collaboratively with our team, providing curriculum-based rehabilitative services, and ensuring adherence to recovery plans tailored to individual needs.What we offer

What you’ll do
  • Implement curriculum-based rehabilitative services individually in the community
  • Develop and execute personalized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and participate in ongoing staff development
  • Provide transportation and support for clients to attend appointments, as needed
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal standards, safeguarding confidential healthcare information and HIPAA compliance
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in rehab counseling, psychology, social work, or related field as specified in Texas Administrative Code for QMHP qualifications
  • Two years of experience in a community setting, with knowledge of curriculum-based rehabilitative techniques and mental health resources
  • Basic therapeutic, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to diverse populations and settings
  • A clean driver license and own transportation
