Job Description:Localisation: Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier), Haguenau (30 minutes from Strasbourg), or Slough (United Kingdom)Type of contract: permanent contractAs Release Leader, you will be a member of the EOS release Technical Team responsible of the release process for SAP S4. The release process defines and controls how changes are moved from development environment to production environment, through several milestones like testing, QA etc.You'll participate in designing, aligning, building, and communicating the release process across the organization.You'll ensure internal & external partners deliver changes against agreed scope, time, and quality.What are we looking for?
  • IT Engineer degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ Experience with ERP platform development
  • Excellent experience about vendor management for large program
  • Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curious and capable to search and rapidly learn new technical skills
  • Strong capability to deliver through others
  • Strong capacity to influence internal and external resources
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
What will be your key responsibilities?The role holder is responsible to participate in the design, implementation and documentation of the release process for SAP for EOS Transformation program.
  • Functional and Technical understanding of SAP S/4 ERP capabilities
  • Understanding of key principles around managing technical changes
  • Participate to defining the process to control the distribution of technical changes across S4 landscape
  • Understanding of complexity around ERP in an integrated landscape
  • Coordinate changes with up-streams & down-streams systems when required
  • Allocate and drive System Integrator resources to deliver technical changes upon scope, quality, time and budget.
  • Collaborate with other teams (ex. Functional and technical) on scope definition & issue resolution
  • Work with SAP or any other experts to ensure we get the best stolution
  • Support development & deployment teams in deploying the changes that will have been designed
