In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Qualifications:

Technical Certification with PLC, Vision Systems, sensors, packaging process, automated equipment. FDA regulations, project management and validation protocols knowledge.
Four (4) years of previous experience
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Basic Knowledge to read and interpret specifications of blueprints for parts of equipment either electrical or mechanical drawings.
Basic Knowledge with Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Recent experience assembling/maintaining test fixtures, Experience reading industrial wiring diagrams, Working knowledge of Lockout Tagout procedures, Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and determine a root cause.
Experience with Galil, Delta Tau, and Allen Bradley control systems.
Vision System understanding and programing.
Automation equipment integrations and modifications.
