Job Description:At JPMorgan Chase, we endeavor to provide a place where your development and growth are nurtured and achieve your highest potential.As an Trade Lifecycle Analyst within Broker Dealer Market Operations, you will have the opportunity to support the Broker-Dealer Servicing Business, handling Reconciliation, Controls and Regulatory reporting (FED, FINRA, SEC). You will gain exposure to senior leaders through reporting and securing approval. You will act as a critical intermediary between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and regulatory reporting.Job responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex and ambiguous issues to recommend creative solutions
  • Investigate and resolve breaks in line with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Identify and escalate of material errors and exceptions
  • Work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation and efficiency
  • Synthesize information to formulate a concise message for Management
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and peers
  • Display high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products' (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • 2-3 years' experience in Reconciliation and Controls Reporting.
  • Familiarity with FINRA SEC regulations and securities services operations
  • Ability to work closely with Business Partners and interact with Senior leaders
  • Ability to generate ideas and identify process improvements
  • Knowledge of metrics and scorecard analysis
  • Good relationship-building and time management skills
  • Results-orientated and Team player
  • With background in Intelligent automation
  • Data and analytical experience (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) required.
  • Familiarity with automation, data analysis, and data visualization tools a plus (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, etc.)
  • Reconciliation experience highly preferred and can work as Individual contributor
