Keeps all required licensures and certifications current.Regulatory RequirementsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing.Current State Nursing Licensure in the State of Ohio.BSN preferred.Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 12 months of hire.For FBC Nurses NRP is a required certification prior to completion of orientation.For ED, OR, PACU and SDS current PALS certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 12 months of hire.Language SkillsAbility to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.Additional language(s) and communication skills (sign language) preferred.SkillsBasic computer knowledge.Cardiac Monitoring is required.
