In a fast-paced and growing environment like ours, priorities and projects often change so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Partner with major retail chains across all tiers to sustain and enhance our roster’s footprint in the market.
- Work strategically with these retail partners to maintain evergreen volume driving business as well as dynamic merch + marketing campaigns that amplify our artists’ brands
- Collaborate with Creative and Supply Chain to ensure product development aligns with retailer objectives
- Develop retailer specific programs that are coordinated with artist and label activity and initiatives
- Drive innovative ideas to continue revenue growth within designated retail lanes
- Travel for in-person meetings with retailers and partners to develop/maintain key relationships
- 7+ years retail sales experience in apparel
- Fan of and strong knowledge of music to drive multigenerational fan connection through unique products
- Well versed in pop culture to identify with ongoing trends
- Ability to collaborate with key internal team members, such as Brand Management, Creative and Production.
- Ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Creative approach to problem solving short/long term challenges
