- Provide Level 1 end user support for the company's ERP system, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to key financial, supply chain, and manufacturing business processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the organization recommending and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements and are properly implemented.
- Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
- Support the VP of Business Systems in managing business system vendors to assure receipt of proper services and application performance.
- Generate and manage various management reports, status reports, and system assessment reports related to billing, revenue management, procure-to-pay, order/quote-to-cash, SCM/MRP and manufacturing
- Develop user-training/material/documentation and conduct training for end-users on how to effectively use systems features and related applications.
- Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.

- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Infor CloudSuite, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc).
- Hands-on experience with INFOR CloudSuite ERP a plus.
- Ability to navigate and manage different platforms that serve different aspects of the business.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Business Intelligence as used to support corporate business functions.

- Critical thinking, problem-solving techniques, decision-making skills, and a proactive approach.
- Strong customer service skills to work with users at all levels of technical aptitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of prior "hands-on" experience delivering business systems solutions.
- Prior experience in a Business Systems team is a plus.
- Frequently required to sit, and to reach to use computers and other office equipment
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
