- Be the first point of contact on reception and assist with the phone enquiries that come through reception for not only the Transport division but Spotless, Utilities and the Central Management Team.
- Assist with aspects of the pay run, ensuring Daily Job Records (DJR) and leave forms have been submitted correctly to our payroll team and processes followed correctly.
- Assist with business support month-end tasks and procedures, ensure we meet our deadlines.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management by collating, recording and working with databases and SharePoint sites.
- Support and adhere to policies and procedures. Help ensure all paperwork is collected and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure documents are filed accurately, and our systems are kept up to date.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building and maintaining relationships at all levels
- Experience in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in a similar or a client-facing customer service role with an ability to juggle between multiple tasks
- Knowledge of JD Edwards (or similar could be an advantage)

- The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000.
