  • Follows and ensures company compliance with TWG Health and Safety Plan
  • Manage and plan work with Construction Manager and Foreman
  • Coordinate and communicate crew material needs to project engineers to ensure timely delivery
  • Daily POD reporting to field office
  • Plan the work – Be sure all required tools, materials, manpower etc. are lined up to support the work schedule.
  • Coordinate with other Superintendents as required
  • Responsibility for environmental control implementation
  • Attend weekly progress and scheduling meetings
  • Provide field level input into schedule updates and three week look ahead
  • Completion of timesheets for craft labor; manage and ensure accurate reporting and input of hours into appropriate time tracking application.
  • Coordinate hiring needs with Construction Manager and respective local unions
  • Understand expected productions and monitor progress daily. Work with APM and PM to review cost reports regularly and adjust work as necessary to correct any overruns.
  • Actively participate is the QA/QC process.
  • Ensure daily third party inspection reports are completed and submitted daily or as required by owners and TWG policy
  • Manage all aspects of the laydown yards to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience Preferred:Wind farm foundation experience and/or mass concrete pour experience.
Should be well versed in ASI Standards.
Preferably have experience of concrete mix designs
