Senior Financial Advisor

• To provide clear and appropriate financial plans as required by your clients.
• To use networking skills and referrals to develop an existing client base that you will be presented with and develop new client opportunities
• To ensure strong client relationships and ensure that their needs are reviewed on a regular basis.
• To ensure that all clients are dealt with in a compliant manner as directed by Central Bank CPC requirements and that your professional CPD requirements are maintained.
• To work with management to ensure excellent reporting and pipeline management
• Manage the existing client portfolio annual review process in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring retention of business and customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively with our administration team to ensure customers benefit from an effective service process.
• Maintain compliant internal processes and procedures for the Financial Services team.

• Recognised suitable industry qualification.
• Several years experience working in the area of Life and Pensions with a strong proven sales and advisory track record.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to prioritise and organise your schedule in a busy and target oriented environment.
• Self starter mind-set and an ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Experience of Voyant and Money Advice is an advantage but not essential.
