Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment. Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Provide HR-related reports and analysis to support decision-making processes. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in HR management or related roles. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
