Bilingual 2nd shift Team LeadDo you have leadership and warehouse/team lead experience? Are you looking for work in the Jeffersonville Area? Qualified Staffing is hiring for our client, a plastic injection molding company located in Jeffersonville, IN and we want you! A warehouse team leader oversees the daily operations in a warehouse. As a warehouse team leader, your job duties include managing employees, tracking inventory, creating reports for management, and ensuring production goes smoothly. Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
  • Overtime will be offered based on needs
Pay rate:
  • $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for quality of parts produced
  • Monitor and managing employees
  • Tracking inventory and reporting data
  • Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor
  • Creating reports for management
  • Ensuring production runs smoothly
  • Translating for employees when needed
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual is a MUST
  • Must be team-oriented, communication skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Quality control experience
  • Plastic Injection molding experience preferred
