- Work with Project Managers and Quality to identify and select quality documentation needs on ITPs.
- Follow up with suppliers on obtaining documentation, checking to ensure completeness, communicating any issues with the supplier and Project Manager
- Provide documentation to Project Managers per customer's request.
- Manage storage of all supplier quality documentation in WesTech’s systems
- Escalate issues to Purchasing, Project Manager and Quality with regards to quality documentation or results
- Work with self-inspecting shops in obtaining self-inspection documentation and results.
- Work with inspectors on clarification of expectations or other inspection issues.
- Obtain other supplier level documents including, insurance certificates, welding logs, welder certifications, and other supplier related documents to be stored on the supplier card in MRP or SharePoint
- Work with Buyers / Schedulers / Strategic Sourcing Managers on providing feedback on supplier performance and communication.
- Support Schedulers in job specific quality document and inspection coordination needs.
- Schedule inspections of equipment at fabrication shops and arrange travel for inspectors.
- Oversee instrument calibrations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Document Control, Supplier Quality
- Unquestionable honesty & integrity. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations. Fair in working with suppliers / internal customers.
- Expertise in using MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both an internal and external customer focus.
- Analytical – able to analyze data to find trends and recognize issues.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and follow through.
- Drive for results – creatively works to get documents.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work within deadlines.

- Experience managing quality control documentation.
- Experience using Business Central
- Experience using SharePoint.
- General knowledge of mechanical equipment
- Water treatment and/or process equipment understanding.
- Office setting environment, including frequent computer work.
- Frequently required to sit, talk, hear, and see. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
- Regularly required to move around the facility.
- Occasionally required to stand and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform other duties, as required.
- Occasion travel, as needed, but generally less than 10%.
