- Handling day-to-day office tasks efficiently
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards in office areas, including canteen, washrooms, and kitchen
- Performing maintenance tasks around the office, including changing lightbulbs, assisting with IT installations, and minor repairs
- Managing office supplies to support smooth operations
- Welcoming and assisting guests and visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms for various meetings
- Relevant administrative or hospitality education preferred, but not a requirement
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping, cruise industry, are advantageous
- Basic-Intermediate English with good communication skills
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications is appreciated
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to tasks
- Motivated and driven to excel in all responsibilities
- Responsible with excellent task prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to assist others
