- Facilitate open enrollment/client/health fair meetings and provide in-depth responses to client questions utilizing basic understanding of BSC and BSC product value propositions based on member preferences (contributions, how they use the plan)
- Tailor value proposition during open enrollment / client meetings based on their specific value drivers using strong understanding of BSC products
- Use thorough understanding of developments in the healthcare market (healthcare reform, state and local healthcare legislation, new entrants, customer need shifts); understand how they may impact competitors' benefit offering and member eligibility
- Build strong relationships with key client contacts and be able to report client specific trends
- Develop service plans to drive member engagement throughout the year
- Use basic understanding of processes that involve other functional groups: Eligibility, Reporting and Analytics, Installation and Billing, Underwriting, Marketing, Markets, HCQA, Networks Team to complete back-office tasks and solve operational problems impacting members
- Troubleshoot escalated member issues with little oversight
- Act as a mentor to less experienced team members
- Work with Account Executives to develop service plans for assigned book of business
- Strategize with Sales Executives on developing relationships with assigned brokers and consultants
- Share best practices and identify areas for process improvement
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 4 years related experience
- Requires a current Life Agent License with California Department of Insurance or ability to acquire within the first 90 days of employment to maintain employment
- Requires a valid California driver's license and proof of insurance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- This is a hybrid position with the need to travel to external meetings as needed
- Excellent presentation skills both virtual and in-person required
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
The pay range for this role is: $ 80300.00 to $ 128590.00 for California.Note:
