We want to help them stay as active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible.To that end, OCES is looking for a dedicated, talented Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee and support the nursing staff assigned and facilitate successful provision of nursing activities to our consumers.Weekdays with flex schedule options, hybrid environment!How you'll make an impact:
Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff.
Monitor compliance with EOEA, MassHealth, OCES and other funding source regulations and program standards.
Participate in intra/interdisciplinary review of cases.
Provide in-house consultation and on-going education to OCES staff on health programs, services and issues related to consumers.
Provide initial clinical training to newly hired HC RN staff and provide follow-up training as needed.
Maintain knowledge of current OCES policies and standards, and funding source regulations
What you bring to the table:
At least three years' health related clinical, supervisory and/or administrative experience
Current MA RN license; Nursing degree preferred
ASAP experience a plus
A passion for working with older adults and individuals with disabilities
Willingness to learn and grow with OCES.
