  • Proven 7 to 10 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of agency relationship management, agency marketing, and direct marketing
  • Experience in life insurance sales leadership is Must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
