Profil Recherché Your mission will consist in : - Ensure a good management of the various customer transactions (Calls, Mail, Chat) - Embody, promote and enhance the image, products and services of the brand. - Know, master and communicate the procedures, the specific details of the different product categories, the general sales conditions and the legal obligations - Comply with the group's policy and procedures in terms of security and confidentiality - A very good command of French (C1/Advanced) and English (C1/Advanced), both written and spoken - A high level of interpersonal communication skills - Mastery of customer relationship management (CRM) techniques - Good interpersonal skills - Ability to demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding of the interlocutor's speech and needs - A customer-oriented attitude (Smile, courtesy, empathy, active listening).
