Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support accurate order entry/induction of customer orders into SAP
  • Manage repair orders in SAP including account financials in accordance with contractual T&C
  • Follow up on all customer requests in a timely and effective manner, or advised by Customer Service Supervisor
  • Serves as customer interface on product status and delivery
  • Maintains knowledge of products to provide the appropriate information and support to customer
  • Provides support to sales team and operations team with regard to customer concerns
  • Confers with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to expedite or trace shipments
  • Consistently documents customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality
  • Support Customer Service Supervisor to perform all specific responsibilities
Education & Experience:
  • DSE equivalent or above
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge and experience of Customer Service in production industry is preferred
  • SAP knowledge will have an advantage
  • More experience candidate will be consider as Customer Service Supervisor
