- You will support Lithos’ expansion across a variety of areas including our geographic footprint, creative partnership and grant opportunities, and our existing growth flywheels.
- Expand our geographic footprint: Build out our new regions for enhanced rock weathering - Helping to take curated new satellites from 0 to 1 across the full operational stack, identifying and prioritizing our new and inbound feedstock sources, analyzing cost-effective solutions for long-distance transportation, and supporting creative large-scale partnerships to accelerate deployment
- Develop partnership and grant opportunities: Support the application process for various programs (both private and government) and our role in existing programs to expand funding beyond carbon removals - writing concise and compelling applications, supporting partner relationships, preparing polished materials, preparing necessary tracking/reporting documents, assisting in planning public awareness campaigns, etc.
- Nurture our existing growth flywheels: Maintain a strong pipeline of partners and service providers within our existing hubs - analyzing partner demand and associated service partner needs/options, developing new partners that further support organic growth, cultivating relationships with local partners to expand our reach and bolster our pipeline, supporting public awareness marketing efforts to increase education
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an early-stage high-growth company (e.g., chief of staff, biz ops, partnerships, etc.), relevant agricultural/government entity (e.g., USDA, NRCS, Farm Foundation, DOE, etc.), or management consulting at a top firm
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to use advanced functions to work with large data sets (experience with GIS and advanced data analysis tools such as python or R is preferred)
- Excellent writing skills - able to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling arguments
- Ability to proactively identify potential problems or opportunities and create targeted approaches to address them
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of driving progress cross-functionally with scientific, operational, and external stakeholders
- Desire to ‘get your hands dirty’
