Marketing CommunicationsGeneral Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Qualcomm as a Marketing Specialist, Staff, Integrated Planning. In this critical role, you will support the integrated marketing planning for our key business objectives. You will be a key player and work across the Marketing team and cross-functional teams to provide integrated planning coordination, including leading 360 planning meetings, communication, driving collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution and measurement of the Compute marketing plan.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Qualcomm's marketing planning team is focused on continuing to foster an integrated approach to strategic planning and championing consistent, strategic ways of working across the marketing organization. In this role you will be the Integrated Marketing Planning lead for key marketing initiatives and you will:
- Work closely with the Product Marketing leads to develop and implement end-to-end Integrated Marketing Plans.
- Drive 360 planning forums with cross-functional core team
- Drive communication and alignment across 360 team, ensure milestones are communicated and met; ensure plans are kept on budget
- Support regional team engagement, communication & collaboration.
- Maintain master plan as things evolve throughout the year.
- Drive quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders and Marketing leadership
- Share challenges and lessons learned
- Collaborate with Measurement team to track and measure the Compute program; create after action review.
- Closely collaborate with the Planning team to ensure initiatives support the broader Marketing goals; streamline planning ways of working and create meaningful planning resources for the broader Marketing team
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred Qualifications:

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proven track record of driving efficiency and improved ways of working within a marketing organization
- Full proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of Marketing or related work experience, with a strong understanding of Marketing concepts and integrated planning
- 2+ years of driving cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
- Working under supervision.
- Providing supervision/guidance to other team members.
- Making decisions that may affect work beyond immediate work group.
- Using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
- Working within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.
