- Working 64 hours every two weeks.
- Shifts 7:45am-5pm.
- Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $19.66(LPN); $18.62/hour (CMA/RMA); $17.75 (Medical Assistant) higher with experience!
- $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA/RMA/MA) hiring bonus

- Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.
- Communicate results and other medical information to patients and providers.
- Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
- Assist Providers with clinic procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the Health Care team to provide optimal patient care in closing care gaps to promote health and wellness, this includes working with RNs, Lab, Xray, and reception staff.
- Work at the top of your scope as it relates to patient care and health promotion.
- Ability to give many injections independently using Immunization guidelines and protocols.
- Ability to use electronic health record, phone and computer skills to chart nursing notes and messages.
- Work with protocols for nurse led triage calls and my chart messages.

- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
- Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
- Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
