- Daily Operational management of Telesales & PAM campaigns
- Monitoring of calls & coaching
- Close KPI follow-up in order to reach operational and financial targets
- Drives commercial communication and feedback regarding all campaigns within Orange and external partners
- Data analysis in order to work cost-efficiently, achieve sales targets and sales shares
- Proposes, implements measures and improvements to solve issues on project and to achieve objectives
- Represents agent and clients for each running campaign by listening and understanding what types of improvements in the specific campaign content are required in order to give feedback to marketing or other departments
- Takes all necessary actions in order to achieve sales targets and sales shares
- Ensures budget follow-up.
- Customer services experience
- Knowledge of tools and systems used within the Contact Centers
- Experience in Partner Management
- Telco knowledge is a plus
- Analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
