- Negotiate and maintain contracts with 100 - 200 yearly returning relationships and ensure that clients are satisfied with the service they are provided.
- Schedule calls, meetings, and tours with clients to address their needs and ensure any questions they have are adequately answered.
- Provide returning clients with information about new products, pricing or services that may be of interest to them based on their current needs or situation.
- Input and update clients' contact information for marketing opportunities, logistical coordination, and billing needs.
- Manage renewal client account balances by communicating payment deadlines, sending payment reminders, ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
- Ensure that returning clients' contracts reflect agreeable language to both parties and interface with legal to address any issues as needed.
- Coordinate with the conference event services department to ensure the Key Performance Indicators outlined in client agreements are met / exceeded.
- Meet in person with each group leader/decision maker on departure day to select their date for the following year and document their overall experience. Provide weekly reports to the Director of Retreat & Conference Sales.
- Manage complete lifecycle of returning contracts including collection of contractual amounts up to $2-2.5M in revenue per year.
- Complex calendar management, ensuring every Site Reservation Agreement accurately aligns with the Utilization calendar regarding check in/check-out dates.
- Possesses high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years with related experience in account management & sales is preferred.
- Ability to solve problems in a calculated manner, including identifying and defining underlying issues.
- Understands how to exercise verbal and non-verbal listening skills to engage in a productive dialogue with clients to understand their needs.
- Demonstrated ability to own the customer relationship and encourage prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A self-starter who is client-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of contract management, account receivables, and billing cycles is desired.

Base rate plus commission.
Hourly: $18.00 - $ 21.00 an hour based on experience.Additional Compensation:
