Poseidon Brands (Spotted Dog Company) is a small fast-growing eCommerce manufacturer specializing in printed and laser engraved giftable products. We sell on 6 marketplaces and ship to 7 different countries.We are hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our '5-star team' in Fayetteville, AR. This team is responsible for ensuring every product that leaves our facility will provide a 5-star experience for our customers. This role has a wide variety of tasks including quality control, light manufacturing, design work, shipping, and much more. If you are very detail oriented and have a passion to delight customers, we want to speak to you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to get clarity and provide proofs
  • Quality Check machine files (in photoshop) to ensure accuracy
  • Quality Check final product to ensure 100% high quality manufacturing and accuracy.
  • Regularly meet to discuss all customer service issues and how we can prevent in the future
  • Escalate to management if there are any issues that may prevent us from sending a 5 star product
  • Serve as an escalation point for shipping associates
  • Backup for line level associates; including:
  • Create machine files
  • Run lasers and printer
  • Print shipping labels and pack product
  • Regularly collect data and report to management
  • Suggest process changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or improve product quality
  • Suggest listing changes to ensure customer expectation always match the final product
  • Assist sales team with a variety of tasks in downtime
Requirements
  • Very detail oriented.
  • Great computer skills
  • Job duties will change every hour, day & week.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Possess outstanding critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Hard-working, reliable, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends during peak gifting periods
  • Photoshop or other design skills a plus
  • Experience with laser engravers, screen print, embroidery, cnc, 3d printing, etc a plus
