- Ensure that all menu items are made and prepared in accordance with company standards and recipes
- Ensure that all orders are timeliness and accurately assembled, garnished, and presented
- Maintain a clean, sanitary work space and equipment
- Properly label and date all prepped items
- Proactively observe food delivery, holding and presentation, to ensure great quality and presentation
- Attend weekly staff meetings and food safety training
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of experience in food service or restaurant operations
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of food service safety procedures
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
