Join Our Team as a Residential Construction Foreman!At Top Level Construction we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality workmanship in the business. Our staff offers over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential repairs and remodeling.We are currently seeking a Residential Construction Foreman to join our team. Applicants should have a passion for carpentry and a desire to learn and grow within the industry. The pay rate is based on skill and experience, from $18-$30/hr. Be prepared to complete an over-the-phone interview as well as an in-person interview and skill assessment.To be considered for this position, applicants should have:
  • 5+ years Residential Construction Experience
  • Previous Manager/Supervisor Experience
  • Proficient in Kitchen Remodels including Installing Kitchen Cabinets
  • Proficient in Bathroom Remodels
  • Proficient in Cutting & Installing Crown Molding/Decorative Trim
  • Proficient in Wood and Metal Framing
  • Proficient in Flooring including LVT and Tile
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Must be able to Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
Work Schedule and Location:
  • The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Most of the work is completed in the South Point, Chesapeake, and Ironton, OH & Ashland, KY areas.
