- Plan and execute financial audits, including coordinating audit schedules and resources
- Evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement corrective actions
- Manage a team of auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (CIA PLUS)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing in public accounting firms
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with financial statement analysis and auditing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Salary: $120K/yr - $160K/yr, negotiable
