- Manage flight scheduling.
- Monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from the point of origin to final destination.
- Ensure all ground handling, deicing, fuel, landing/departure slots and landing/overfly permits are in order before releasing a flight.
- Identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize actual or potential delays due to scheduling operations, crew legality, and maintenance issues.
- Advise appropriate personnel of actual or potential delays and conditions affecting safety of flight.
- Manage crew logistics, such as arrange/coordinate crew ground transportation hotel accommodations.
- Review, prepare, and submit post-flight expense reports.
- Coordinate FBO selection and database upkeep.
- Ensure timely and accurate schedule communication to crew members.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Prepare and communicate trip itineraries for flight crews.
- Coordinate necessary logistics associated with trips.
- Provide clients with exceptional customer service.
- All other duties as assigned.
- In-person training, Monday through Friday for first couple months.
- After training, position would be in the office from 11:00am - 5:00pm CST but could work remotely from 5:00pm - 7:30pm CST Monday - Thursday and all-day Sunday.
- Second shift full-time/partial weekends.
- Possible schedule:
- Monday: 11:00am - 7:30pm CST
- Tuesday: 11:00am - 7:30pm CST
- Wednesday: 11:00am - 7:30pm CST
- Thursday: 11:00am - 7:30pm CST
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: OFF
- Sunday: 11:00am - 7:30pm CST
- Employee and supervisor can discuss preference for day off during the week.
- High school diploma/GED, required.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience with customer service, flight operations, or industry related position, required.
- Associates degree, preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
