We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [408] apartment units.The Crossing at Cooley Station3700 E Williams Field Rd.Gilbert, AZ 85295Our hourly pay rate is $15.50 - $18.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website , along with the website of the property to which you are applying.Qualifications:

Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
Grounds care. Pick-up trash
Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
Bilingual (any language) a plus
Understand company policies

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
