- Direct and manage a portfolio of projects and ensure that the implementation plans for each project is on track for the Fund Accounting team.
- Develop and manage key relationships across the Fund Accounting team along with other key functions within the infrastructure team
- Lead a select set of high priority projects to completion by mobilizing a cross functional teams
- Serve as point of contact to determine priority, resourcing, and capacity planning for new projects
- In partnership with key stakeholders within Fund Accounting and Technology, develop a
- Prior experience in investment technology consulting and delivery (5-7 years).
- Prior experience in working with Fund Accountants and technologies used in this space, ranging from workflow tools and relevant analytics
- Excellence in balancing multiple projects and efficiently meeting goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to successfully partner and communicate with all levels of an organization
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business management, investment professionals and a demonstrated ability to influence and impact the business - Ability to understand the details but at the same time convey relevant facts to a senior audience.
