A building maintenance technician is sought by O'Malley Ice and Sports Center to maintain and repair building systems that exist in the buildings owned or managed by "O'Malley". Hourly waged based on experience. All work to take place in Anchorage Alaska. Employee will be required to drive his or her auto to maintenance location and will receive Auto allowance. Benefits include health plan and 401K according to plan documents. Some limited work may require evening hours. Computer and communications skills, (MS word, outlook, excel,) necessary to coordinate with Building managers and Owner representatives.
