We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Sebring, Florida.The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and renewing accounts in keeping with agency and individual goals. Provides service in support of producer’s sales duties and builds relationship with producer’s clients. We are driven to set goals high and aim even higher.General Responsibilities:Assist producer in new production activities to meet or exceed production goals as jointly established with agency management.Renew existing business to meet or exceed production goals as jointly established with agency management.Obtain and follow up on information concerning underwriting, claims, and other areas as reasonably requested by agency management, customer service representatives or company representatives.Maintain a current level of knowledge on forms and coverage changes through bulletins and circulars and seminars.Issue Binders, prepare finance contracts, prepare invoices, provide account balance status when requested, and other serviceͲrelated items.Prepares accounts for marketing and markets accounts per instructions from Producer. x Inform and educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs during renewal process.Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development.Keep abreast of industry trends and insurance marketplace changes to help maintain a competitive status for the agency within the industry.Keeps suspense (activity) items current and follows up on overdue activities.Maintains expiration reports monthly.Prepares Proposals for new and renewal accounts.Reviews new and renewal policies for accuracy and for delivery to the insured and updates and maintains detail in the system.Rates, quotes, and issues policies as required.Issues Certificates and Auto ID cards, as needed.Issues Summaries of InsuranceAnalyzes loss runs and prepares Premium Loss SummariesOversees CSR workflowNegotiates with company underwriters.Talks with customers by phone or in person inside of agency office, as needed.Required Qualifications:Currently 220 or 440 Licensed.Computer literacy- knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and AdobeStrong technical insurance knowledge and backgroundstrong communication and negotiation skills under stressful situationsAbility to maintain a professional manner at all timesPreferred Qualifications:2-5 years’ experience in the industry is preferredCollege degreeWhat We Offer:Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid Time Off (PTO)Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.Employee Stock Purchase PlanTuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Repayment AssistanceMental Health ResourcesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
