We are the leading global supplier of web-based entity management, board portal, and subsidiary governance solutions. Clients use our software to assist them with administration, governance, and compliance. Leading companies from all market segments look to our team of governance specialists for proactive ways to stay compliant and minimize risk in an ever-increasing regulatory environment.A role you will loveThe Client Success Representative oversees a book of accounts to expand and retain client profitability through increased client relationship. In this position, you will be the primary contact for the client in their use of enterprise level software applications for the Corporate Governance and compliance industry. You will have the opportunity to work with specific clients on a regular basis to build a report and gain their trust. They will lean on your expertise and your research to ensure they understand how to use our platform.This is an exciting position for a person that thrives in an environment that is ever changing and dynamic.Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing a positive relationship as a consultative professional
  • Acts as the “conductor” of services to oversees all major client activities and coordinate
internal use of resources
  • Works to establish and sustain a strategic plan for managing the client's use of
the application
  • Handles inbound queries through chat, email, and phone from then wider client base
  • Owning client cases from start to resolution
  • Ensure sensitive client issues are resolved effectively
  • Conduct screenshares and walkthroughs with clients to ensure understanding of best practices and solutions
  • Works independently to problem solve and test possible solutions to client questions
  • Create and maintain all required case documentation on the salesforce CRM system.
  • Participates in user acceptance testing
  • Travels to client meetings, workshops and industry conferences as needed
  • Attends applicable webinar, product training, and technical training as needed

You are the type of person that likes the technical aspect of programs and software, but also enjoy the relational aspect of helping others. You must also have the ability to communicate professionally while remaining personable.Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Strong ability in utilizing Microsoft Office
  • Proven track record of “problem-solving” skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a larger Project team
  • Ability to maintain client satisfaction and effectively manage client expectation
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
