As a small and hungry team, they are looking for hands-on individuals to join them and be a part of their exciting growth journeyJob Description:We are looking for a Marketing/Growth Manager to lead a new area of the company and take our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing Services, Content Marketing Services, and all aspects of digital marketing.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growthConduct market research and identify new opportunities to expand our reachOversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, Content, Email Marketing, PR, Affiliates, etc.Manage and track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, adjust campaigns as needed to achieve desired resultsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channelsManage external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverablesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing Services, Content Marketing Services, and all aspects of digital marketingExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsAbility to analyze data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisionsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plusIf you are a hands-on, results-driven marketer with a passion for the outdoors, we would love to hear from you.
