- Use Power BI or another professional statistics toolset to aggregate relevant marketing and sales performance data and compile statistical analyses of business performance.
- Use data visualization and presentation tools to prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and infographics to help sales and marketing leaders understand current state of sales and marketing efforts
- Use statistical data to identify relevant insights related to improving the performance of marketing caigns and/or marketing ROI.
- Maintain departmental access to third party data sources including NIC, Senior Housing News, SeniorROI, etc.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships.
- Possess a deep understanding of the communities' key business metrics and market conditions inclusive of vacancy rates by residence, CRM data, pricing opportunities and challenges, competitive threats, and the unique business challenges of each community.
- Partner with Regional Marketing Directors and the Director of Digital Marketing to develop strategic marketing plans for assigned communities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field. MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
- Eight to ten years of progressive marketing analytics experience.
- Experience in measuring the effectiveness of caigns in driving traffic into the sales funnel using both traditional and digital initiatives.
