- Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensure that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.

- Perform self-inspection ensuring product meets the drawing and Class 3 IPC-610 criteria.
- Take initiative to work independently to meet company shipping goals
- Act as a Liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Read Standard Operating Procedures and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work with ITAR controlled documents.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must exhibit good judgment and strong decision making skills
- Required to follow ESD controls.
- Skill in collecting and analyzing complex or technical data.
- Ability to work with a team and receive or communicate directions effectively.
- Ability to perform calculations.
- Ability to understand the basics of a robot.
- Ability to establish goals and objectives.
- Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Due to export control rules, must be a US citizenship or permanent resident alien status is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven solder experience or similar role in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of soldering techniques and equipment.
- 1-5 years of experience of operating automated and manual equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to operate 1-3 manufacturing machines related to the production of product.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, while using tools to perform repetitive actions for an 8-10 hour shift.
- Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment while maintaining quality standards.
- High-energy, results-focused self-starter.
- Detail-oriented and precise when operating equipment.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite & ERP System).
- Ability to understand technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
