ValueOne is looking for an experienced and self-driven Program Manager in Supply Chain Management for a consulting assignment in the Västerås region. If you have several years of project management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, and a solid background in procurement and logistics, you might be the one we are looking for. The roleWe are currently in need of a Program Manager with senior project management experience and Supply Chain Management expertise for assignment in the manufacturing industry. The assignment lasts for at least six months with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position. As a Program Manager, you are expected to manage the procurement and logistics part of several large customer projects. You will monitor and lead the supply and logistic teams to ensure that the equipment is procured, produced, and delivered on budget and according to schedule. For the assignment, we are looking for someone who lives in or near Västerås and can be available at rather short notice. You report directly to project director as well as line manager.Experience and competenceThe person we are looking for is a seasoned project manager who has experience from working in a similar senior role running a cluster of projects or sub-project managers in customer projects in the energy sector or within a project-driven industry. Preferably you have 7+ years of relevant working experience so that you feel comfortable in leading a team, taking decisions, questioning and take full responsibility for outcome of the work in your projects.As a person, we prefer that you have a strong drive and are result-oriented. An academic degree with a focus on procurement, Supply Chain, and logistics is required. You are a team player with strong communicative and collaborative skills. As a person you are energetic, endurant, autonomous, independent and stress resilienthe. You are comfortable with thinking outside the box and open to changes. The role additionally requires fluent knowledge of English, oral and written. Swedish is meritorious. We also highly value your leadership skills.
